Virell is a small Dutch shop with one job: finding the few things that make those moments easier, and leaving out everything that doesn't. No gimmicks, no clutter — just comfort you'll actually use, from bump to baby.
Good to know before you order
How do returns work?
You have 30 days after delivery to return an item. Simply email support.virell@gmail.com with your order number and we'll walk you through it — no forms, no fuss. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Full details are in our Return Policy.
How long does delivery take?
Honest answer: longer than a big retailer. We're a small Dutch shop and most orders ship directly from our fulfilment partner's warehouse in Asia — that's how we keep prices fair. We process your order within 1-2 business days; delivery to the Netherlands then usually takes 7-14 days, elsewhere in the EU 9-17 days. You get a tracking link by email, and if it hasn't arrived within 30 days of dispatch, we reship or refund in full.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is a flat €6.95 worldwide, and free on every order over €74.99. Exact costs are always shown at checkout before you pay.
Is it safe to order here?
Yes. Virell is a registered Dutch business (KVK 42004772) based in Hengelo. Checkout runs on Shopify's secure, encrypted platform, so we never see or store your payment details. And if anything isn't right, you're covered by our 30-day return policy.
